From Garner, we will provide hands-on support, led by a dedicated Business Development expert based in the U.S. or Europe, depending on your target geography. Expert teams in India will provide you marketing research, digital marketing, and sales support. A formal, non-legal agreement will outline the business growth commitment from Garner to each company, and the goals and responsibilities of members. To oversee the Cluster's progress, we will constitute a joint committee with representatives from each company and from Garner. In short, we will converge all vital aspects to make sure the collaborative initiatives will bring exemplary results.

By limiting participation to 3 or 4 non-competing businesses, we will ensure financial and operational viability. This, in turn, allows us to focus on delivering world-class business development services to each participating company for a reasonable fee.

Our vision is to start with Clusters in the Chemical and Aerospace Manufacturing sectors, with plans to expand into other industries soon.
